Description
The second of our history cafe sessions focusing on the history of the Monastery of Paisley focus on the Priors of the Monastey. In its short time as a Priory we see two Abbots at Paisley, and we will look at their life and actions at the Priory between 1163 and 1220.
This session will be held in Blend Coffee Lounge in Paisley Arts Centre, New Street, Paisley, PA1 1EZ on Saturday 21st March 2026 between 10 and 11.30pm. Each history cafe has limited places available (6) and these can be booked here for £5. All profits from the History Cafes go to the Beatson Cancer Charity.

All history cafes are in-person only. They are not available online.
All bookings are non-refundable if you fail to attend the event. If the Urban Historian has to cancel the event, a refund or opportunity to attend the rescheduled event, or another event will be offered.
